How I Help You Get Here — and Get to Work
RELOCATE
Move Without the Overwhelm — delivered in 7–14 days
I don't hand you a checklist. I build you a country shortlist matched to your career, salary expectations, and lifestyle — with your visa pathway mapped, your housing navigation outlined, and a relocation roadmap built around where you're actually going. You don't research Europe. I hand you Europe, filtered for your life.
WORK
Get Hired in Europe — timeline matched to your package
American-to-European CV rewrite, LinkedIn overhaul, a sector report for your industry and target country, and job board and recruiter strategy built for how European hiring actually works. At the top tier, I make personal recruiter introductions on your behalf. You don't cold-apply into the void. I put you in the room.
LAND
Your Soft Landing, Handled — before and after wheels down
Pre-arrival logistics, cultural integration, and structured check-ins once you hit the ground — so your first weeks in Europe feel like execution, not chaos. You show up. The plan is already running.
Who I am
I'm Jen — a job strategist and career relocation consultant with 16 years of experience in B2B sales, career strategy, and professional development.
I help Americans land sustainable work in Europe — through freelance self-employment, sponsored roles, or remote work that travels with them. I know which European markets are actively hiring English-speaking Americans, what recruiters across the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, and beyond need to see on your CV, and how to position your American career to compete and win in a European job market.
My husband Lloyd and I made the move permanent — relocating from California to Utrecht, Netherlands on a real budget with a real plan.
I'm also a person in long-term recovery. Getting sober taught me how to start over, do hard things one step at a time, and build something meaningful from the ground up. That same discipline is woven into everything I do here.
If the job is what's standing between you and the move — that's exactly what I fix.
